Francisca: 8 years ago, we arrived with a dream… to ignite the fire of tradition.

It has been 8 years since Francisca Restaurant first opened its doors in Doral. Since that day, we have tirelessly worked to bring the authentic charcoal-grilled flavor to our tables, creating a space where every visit becomes a celebration of tradition and good food. Today, as we look back, we realize everything we have achieved thanks to the support of our community and the dedication of our team.

More than just a restaurant, Francisca is a family—a community that continues to grow with the same spirit it had when it all began.

A Journey That Started in Doral

It all began in 2018, in a small location in Doral where we welcomed our first guests. I remember that day with emotion because that first served table symbolized much more than the start of a business: it was the beginning of a dream that gradually came to life. Our charcoal-grill cooking concept, inspired by the flavors of Latin America, started making its way into the hearts of those who visited us.

Soon enough, the aroma of charcoal-grilled chicken began attracting more people. The Josper oven technique became our signature: a roast that preserves the smoky flavor and juiciness that only charcoal can achieve. That’s how Francisca’s chicken became a benchmark, recognized as the best in Miami. That achievement did not come alone but through the commitment to maintaining quality in every dish that comes off our grills.

Growing Alongside Our Community

Over the years, Francisca has continued to expand, always with the purpose of reaching more families looking for authenticity in every bite. What started in Doral grew to Miami, Miami Lakes, and Davie, and soon we’ll be in Miramar, Hialeah, and Orlando. The goal has always been the same: to take our essence to new cities while preserving the flavor that makes us unique.

But growth has not only been in size but also in spirit. We have managed to build a team that embodies the soul of Francisca: passionate people who understand that every dish tells a story. Chefs, servers, and collaborators who, day after day, strive to keep the family essence of the restaurant alive. Without them, none of this would be possible.

Flavors That Cross Borders

Francisca is not just a place to eat; it’s a spot where stories and traditions from the entire continent converge. Every recipe we offer has been inspired by those journeys Francisca made throughout Latin America, learning techniques, discovering ingredients, and adapting them with that homemade touch that defines us. From the Venezuelan-inspired charcoal-grilled chicken to dishes that evoke flavors from Colombia, Peru, and the Caribbean, our menu is a tribute to diversity.

This fusion of cultures is also reflected in our guests: people from different countries who find in our menu a little piece of home. That’s when we realize that more than a restaurant, we are a meeting point for the Latin community in Florida.

Surrounding the main dish are bowls of yuca with sauce, coleslaw, yellow rice, roast chicken, and iced drinks on a wooden table.

The Heart of Francisca: Our Customers

If there is one thing we have learned over the years, it’s that true success doesn’t lie in numbers but in the love we receive from our guests. Seeing families return, getting recommendations from first-time visitors, and reading heartfelt messages on our social media is what truly motivates us to keep going.

That’s why this anniversary is not just ours: it belongs to everyone who has been part of this story. To those who tasted our chicken for the first time, to those who celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and gatherings at our tables, to those who always find a warm place at Francisca where they feel at home.

Looking to the Future with the Same Passion

Eight years may seem like a long time, but for us, it’s just the beginning. We want to keep growing, innovating, and bringing the fire of our kitchen to more cities. We will maintain our commitment to offering quality, authenticity, and that special touch that has accompanied us since day one.

Francisca would not be what it is today without the support of each customer, without the effort of every team member, and without the passion for fire that continues to burn in our kitchen. Thank you for joining us on this 8-year journey. Let’s raise a toast to the memories made and to all those yet to come!
